Refund & Cancellation Policy

Partial refunds may be issued only if MajarraTech fails to meet the agreed performance KPIs as defined in the client contract.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable unless stated above.

Refunds for digital products (courses, templates, guides) are available within 3 days only if less than 50% of the content has been accessed.

Once more than 50% of the content is completed or accessed, refunds are not available.
